Metabolic Group Training

The Metabolic Group Training program is designed for one main purpose: Get Rid of Unwanted Body Fat As Fast as Possible! 

This program is a great option for those who enjoy the high energy of a group class, but want the knowledge of a personal trainer.  The workouts are a mix of strength training, cardio, corrective exercise and core training that will keep your body burning fat for hours after you leave the gym.

We are here to encourage you to reach new levels of fitness, not shame you or make you feel inferior. The program is designed to be scaleable to almost any fitness level. You will get owners that are on site and lift you up (not literally), great equipment, and members that encourage you.

Tuesday and Thursday:  6:00 - 7:00 pm
